Who I am
An engineering graduate of Mines d’Alès and founder of PYLIA, I have spent more than 25 years helping organisations design and steer complex systems.
After some twenty years at Dassault Systèmes, I founded PYLIA in Bordeaux. My experience combines enterprise architecture, systems engineering and modelling, across a variety of industrial and service sectors.
I apply these methods to the enterprise itself, to link its strategy, operations and resources. I believe in passing expertise on to teams so that they can build, use and develop their enterprise model independently.

My vision
Technological change, the rise of AI and geopolitical upheavals are transforming enterprises. To adapt their organisation and make decisions, leaders need to understand how their strategy, activities and resources fit together.
The challenge is to bring together, in a shared and living enterprise model, knowledge that is often scattered across documents and isolated PowerPoint presentations, or held by experts whose departure can mean a loss of know-how.
With PYLIA, you bring this knowledge together in a shared digital model to design changes to your enterprise, compare your options and anticipate their consequences before acting.

Enterprise systems engineering
Systems engineering developed particularly in telecommunications, aerospace and defence to master complex systems. Proven in industry, this approach also applies to the enterprise itself.
Enterprise systems engineering (ESE), an emerging discipline of systems engineering, links an enterprise’s strategy, operations and resources in a shared model. This model makes it possible to examine interactions, compare scenarios and inform decisions while keeping an overall view.
It relies on UAF, an international architecture framework that originated in military environments and has been extended to commercial organisations. Version 1.1 of UAF is standardised by ISO/IEC 19540-1 and 19540-2:2022.
