PYLIA Foundation 

Objective is to demonstrate, over a period of two months, the value and the perspectives of  a Systems Thinking Methodology.

 

The module is executed in complete collaboration with Client and covers, for a pre-defined entity of interest, at least four domains: 

• Strategy (business expectations)

• Operational (functional & logical solution)

• Resources (physical solutions)

• Personnel (human impacts)

 

We complete the deliverables with two simulations samples to illustrate one of the key benefits of modeling.  ​
